Frank Smith founded Franklin Video in 1985. Frank had produced and directed commercials and promotions for the Dusenbury and Alban agency and the local ABC affiliate. As a Producer, Frank recognized a need for a local resource that combined broadcast quality production standards with a high level of personal attention to each client. Having a creative person at the helm has proven to be a real asset to Franklin Video in understanding our clients needs and tailoring our organization to meet those needs.

In 1987, Franklin Video expanded operations to include turn key production capabilities, including on staff writers and photographers. Since then, we have continued to expand and adapt to the changes in the market and technology.
